Administration / Deputy Superintendent
Out of Zone/Out of District Request:
The window for requests for Out of Zone/Out of District is open each spring, usually beginning of March through the beginning of May. If you are interested in an out of zone and the window has passed, you may submit your request in writing or via email to Mr. Phelps for consideration at phelpst@osceola.k12.fl.us. Applications may be accepted for those schools which are not closed due to capacity. Students receiving Out of Zones and Out of districts MUST provide their own transportation. The principal has the right to revoke an out of zone/out of district if the student does not comply with the responsibilities of acceptable standards in the areas of discipline, attendance and/or grades.

Uniform Policy:
The School District of Osceola County adopted a uniform policy in April, 2008. In adopting this Policy it is the School Board’s purpose and intent to enable all of the public elementary, middle and high schools in Osceola County to experience a safer learning environment on all of our school campuses. Click here to view the Uniform Policy.

If you have any questions regarding the uniform policy, please feel free to contact Debbie Williams, Executive Secretary to the Deputy Superintendent at 407-518-2901 or by email at williad@osceola.k12.fl.us.
