No Make-up Days NeededThe School Board of Osceola County has approved a modified instructional calendar for the 2019-2020 school year declaring September 3 and September 4 as non-attendance days for students and staff. Because the district exceeds the state requirement of instructional minutes without the two days missed due to Hurricane Dorian, no makeup days in the Osceola School District are required. Any additional days missed during the remainder of hurricane season may require makeup days be added to the academic calendar.
