Deerwood Elementary wants to give a big thank you to the Neighborhood Walmart off of Cypress Parkway for their amazing donation to revamp the school's Media Center.

The $5,000 donation to the school is going to make a big impact on the new looking coming to the media center this school year. Mr. Gerald Skinner, store General Manager, and the Walmart Foundation, are great supporters of the school and students.

So, if you shop at this Neighborhood Walmart, please ask for Mr. Skinner and thank him for helping the school and Literacy Initiative.
