Environmental Center

Jarin Trombley has taken the lead on the Environmental Study Center and it is obvious his passion for science brings learning to life for our fifth grade students in Osceola County.

He has dedicated enormous time in planning hands-on scientific inquiry opportunities that revolve around life science. Our students are given first-hand experience with the natural world and they are loving every minute of it.

Not only does Mr. Trombley provide unparalleled learning in the great outdoors, he has brought lessons right into our classrooms that engage students in life science and offer memorable experiences using a variety of collaborative strategies.

His commitment to students in Osceola County continued with his support of teachers in Vertical Planning (K-5) and then specifically with the 5th grade teachers at the schools.

Mr. Trombley is taking the Environmental Center from "Good" to "Great" and is notably providing every child the chance to understand the world around them. #SDOCGoodtoGreat
