Photo of Heather Miller
Heather Miller, Assistant Principal at Westside K-8
During her career, Heather Miller has held the following positions: Teacher at Horizon Middle (2004-2014); Math Science Partnership Grant Project Manager for Osceola, Okeechobee, and Volusia County Schools (2014-2017); and District Science Specialist for the Osceola School District (2016-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Zoology from Michigan State University and in Elementary Education from Oakland University. She earned a master’s degree in Science Education and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Walden University.

Jackie Miglionico, Assistant Principal at Celebration High School
During her career, Jackie Miglionico has held the following positions all at Celebration High: Teacher (2005-2006); School Counselor (2006-2010); IB Counselor (2010-2013); and Guidance Director and IB Coordinator (2013-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida, and master’s degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education.

Tammy Dery, Coordinator of Mathematics, K-12
During her career, Tammy Dery has held the following positions: Teacher at Dowdell Middle School and Benito Middle School in Hillsborough County (1990-1999); Trainer for Middle School Mathematics for Hillsborough County Public Schools (1999-2006); District Resource Teacher for Federal Programs in Hillsborough County Public Schools (2006-2009); Supervisor in the Professional Development Department for Hillsborough County Public Schools (2009-2013); and Supervisor of Middle School Mathematics for Hillsborough County Public Schools (2013-present). She is President of the Florida Association of Mathematics Supervisors and a Board Member for the Florida Council of Teachers of Mathematics. She received her bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Education, Curriculum, and Instruction in Interdisciplinary Studies from National Louis University.

Thomas Rademacher, Principal of Neptune Middle School
During his career, Thomas Rademacher has held the following positions: Teacher at Lakeview Middle School in Winter Garden (2005-2007); Teacher at St. Cloud Middle School (2007-2010); Dean at St. Cloud Middle School (2010-2011); Assistant Principal at St. Cloud Middle School (2011-2016); and Assistant Principal at Denn John Middle (2016-present). He received his bachelor's degree in Business Education from the University of South Dakota and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.

During her career, Amy Rousch has held the following positions: Teacher at Parkway Middle, Bellalago Academy, Neptune Middle, and Canoe Creek Charter Academy (2003-2013) and Dean of Students and International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program Coordinator at Parkway Middle (2013-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, a master’s degree in Mathematics Education from Florida State University, and an Education Specialist degree in Administrator Leadership for Teaching and Learning from Walden University.
