Upcoming Kindergarten Fairs

Kindergarten Fair Info Banner ImageOsceola School District’s Early Childhood Learning Center will be hosting a Kindergarten Fair events for all children entering kindergarten in the fall and their parents. The events entitled “Heading to Kindergarten” will promote early literacy, encourage parent involvement, and provide families with important information pertaining to the transition into kindergarten in the Osceola School District.

The events will be held in three locations:

St. Cloud Area: February 4, 2020, at St. Cloud High School from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Representatives from the following schools will be available to answer questions:
--East Lake Elementary
--Harmony Community School
--Hickory Tree Elementary
--Lakeview Elementary
--Michigan Avenue Elementary
--Narcoossee Elementary
--Neptune Elementary
--Partin Settlement Elementary
--St. Cloud Elementary

Poinciana Area: February 13, 2020, at Liberty High School
from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Representatives from the following schools will be available to answer questions:
--Bellalago Academy
--Celebration K-8 School
--Chestnut Elementary School for Science and Engineering
--Deerwood Elementary
--Koa Elementary
--Pleasant Hill Elementary
--Poinciana Academy of Fine Arts
--Reedy Creek Elementary
--Sunrise Elementary
--Westside K-8 School

Kissimmee Area: March 3, 2020, at Osceola County Schools for the Arts from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Representatives from the following schools will be available to answer questions:
--Boggy Creek Elementary
--Central Avenue Elementary
--Cypress Elementary
--Flora Ridge Elementary
--Highlands Elementary
--Kissimmee Elementary
--Mill Creek Elementary
--Thacker Avenue Elementary School for International Studies
--Ventura Elementary

Children who are entering kindergarten in the fall are invited to come meet school administrators and enjoy fun activities. Attendees will participate in read-alouds, register for giveaways, and learn about how to best prepare for the transition into kindergarten in August.

Parents who have not yet registered their child for kindergarten are encouraged to identify their home-zoned school or the school they applied to through School Choice today to complete the enrollment process for next school year.
