Osceola School District's Window For Choice Applications Has Been Extended

As such, the 2016-2017 Choice Program application window has been extended until July 15, 2016, for the following schools:

Elementary:
• Chestnut Elementary School for Science and Engineering - STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
• Poinciana Academy of Fine Arts - Fine Arts (Music, Dance, Drama, and Visual Arts)
• Thacker Avenue Elementary School for International Studies - International Baccalaureate (IB) World School offering the Primary Years Programme
• Kissimmee Elementary - Dual Language Academy
• Ventura Elementary - Dual Language Academy
Middle:
• Discovery Intermediate - STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
• Parkway Middle - International Baccalaureate (IB) World School offering the Middle Years Programme
High:
• Poinciana High School - Building and Construction Technology, Project Lead the Way Engineering Program, and Gaming and Simulation

Parents and students are encouraged to visit www.osceolaschools.net/charterandchoice for more information about each of these school choice options and on how to apply online by clicking on the Choice Schools link. Paper applications are also available at each of the Choice schools listed above. For more information, parents are encouraged to call the district's Charter Schools and Educational Choice Department at 407-870-4847.
