A nutritious lunch helps students focus and thrive during the school day. You can now apply for Free and Reduced Meal Benefits Application for the 2026-2027 school year. 

Who needs to apply? Only families who attend these schools: 

Bellalago Charter Academy, Canoe Creek K-8 School, Celebration High School, Celebration School, Cross Prairie K8 School, East Lake Elementary School, Harmony Community School, Harmony High School, Harmony Middle School, Hickory Tree Elementary School, Island Village Elementary School, Narcoossee Elementary School, Narcoossee Middle School, NeoCity Academy, Nova Lake High School, Osceola Performing Arts School, Osceola Science Charter, Professional Technical High School, Renaissance Academy Of Arts And Sciences, Renaissance Charter School At Tapestry, St. Cloud High School, Tohopekaliga High School, Victory Charter K-5, Victory Charter School, Voyagers K-8.

All students receive breakfast at no cost, even if they do not qualify for free or reduced meals.  

The cost of school lunch is $2.40. Go to MySchoolBucks to place money on your students' account and schedule automatic renewal; this feature is great for busy families. 

If your Child’s school is not listed, great news, they qualify for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) –meaning no application is needed, and your student eats breakfast and lunch at no cost. 

What is Family Application for Free and Reduced-Price School Meals? 

USDA’s National School Lunch Program allows families to apply for free or reduced-price meals at any time during the school year. Schools typically send application information home at the start of the year, and it can be found on the school district website. The school or local educational agency will process your application and determine eligibility based on the current Income Eligibility Guidelines. Children in households receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits automatically qualify for free meals, though you should confirm with your school whether an application is still required.

Eligibility for free or reduced-price meals is primarily determined by household income relative to federal guidelines. Families earning at or below the set thresholds are encouraged to apply. Participation in certain federal assistance programs, such as SNAP, can also grant automatic eligibility for free meals.
