The Computer Support Team manages and maintains over 70,000 computers and more than 15,000 iPads across the School District of Osceola County. This dedicated group provides critical technical support to all departments as well as on-site technicians at the schools, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of technology resources.

In addition to standard technical support, the team plays an integral role in supporting digital learning initiatives and computer-based testing by updating computer operating systems, browsers, and other applications and settings. This ensures that students and staff have access to secure, up-to-date technology for educational and administrative needs.

The Computer Support Team also oversees the Student Intern Program, which serves as a valuable pathway for hands-on learning and career preparation. Interns gain practical, real-world experience by working alongside technology professionals, contributing to maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment of technology solutions across the District. This program not only supports the District’s technological needs but also empowers students with skills that prepare them for the future.

Furthermore, the team collaborates with various departments to implement technology upgrades, manage software licenses, and ensure compliance with state and federal technology standards. Their commitment to maintaining a robust and secure digital infrastructure is vital to the District's mission of providing quality education powered by modern technology.
