FREE Onsite Group Exercise Classes (on hiatus for Summer)

We are pleased to offer a variety of Onsite Group Exercise Classes for all activity levels to SDOC employees at no cost! Whether you prefer Zumba, Boot Camp, or Yoga, we’ve got something to help everyone with their own personal health goals. Classes are only open to School District of Osceola County employees. Registration is NOT required to attend classes. All participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, towel and/or water bottle, if needed.
