Our Core Competencies are: Highly trained maintenance professionals, a properly equipped workforce, continuous collaboration between maintenance supervisors and staff, and uninterrupted maintenance services for all occupants of schools throughout Osceola County.
Staffing:
Our staff consists of Journeyman Electricians, Journeyman Plumbers, Journeymen HVAC Specialists, Certified Back-flow Prevention Specialists, Licensed Pest Control Specialists, as well as a myriad of General Maintenance Specialists, Masons, Painters, Roofers, Carpenters, Welders, Cabinet Makers, Mechanics, etc.
For Work Orders:
The work order system is the backbone of our Maintenance Department. It has been designed for the user to electronically enter, monitor the progress, and check the cost of each individual work order. If you would like instructions on the specific usage and functions of our work order system please call (407) 935-3740 to speak with one of our work order clerks.
