Our Mission is “To provide exemplary maintenance services to our facilities for the students, staff, and community of Osceola County to learn in and enjoy.” 

Our Vision is “To achieve a level of maintenance excellence that establishes our department as the best in the State of Florida.” 

Our Core Values are: To be leaders in great customer service, to foster a good working environment for our maintenance professionals, and to attract and keep well trained maintenance staff. 

Our Core Competencies are: Highly trained maintenance professionals, a properly equipped workforce, continuous collaboration between maintenance supervisors and staff, and uninterrupted maintenance services for all occupants of schools throughout Osceola County.

Staffing:
Our staff consists of Journeyman Electricians, Journeyman Plumbers, Journeymen HVAC Specialists, Certified Back-flow Prevention Specialists, Licensed Pest Control Specialists, as well as a myriad of General Maintenance Specialists, Masons, Painters, Roofers, Carpenters, Welders, Cabinet Makers, Mechanics, etc.

Normal Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday
7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Summer Hours of Operation:

Monday – Wednesday
6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Thursday
6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
