Before coming to the SDOC Dual Enrollment Bookstore, you must have your “Student Detail Schedule” approved and submitted by your school counselor inorder to be taken care of. Refer to the article on How to View Your Student Detail Schedule and the PDF step-by-step guide on how to save it as a PDF.

Please wait for confirmation that it has been approved to visit the bookstore, and if you haven’t received any, please request it by emailing your school counselor! We hate to have you visit the bookstore and your schedule not be approved.

Guidelines and Responsibilities

• Please note that no student is authorized to acquire instructional materials on their own! They must visit the SDOC Dual Enrollment bookstore to get their materials.
• Students are responsible for picking up their materials. Family members or friends will not be allowed to pick up materials for others.
• New materials will not be issued if:
  • You do not have your approved schedule sent by your school counselor to the bookstore.
  • Your identity cannot be confirmed.
  • You have not returned all materials from previous DE Bookstore semester checkouts or materials that were mailed to your home.
• Note that: All materials purchased with SDOC funds are property of the School District of Osceola County, Florida. Students are responsible for maintaining the materials/books in good condition and returning them once they are no longer needed. Failure to return the items will result in a fee and the student will be added to an Obligation List.
• All REQUIRED materials (books, lab manuals, access codes, etc.) will be provided for the students. SDOC Dual Enrollment Bookstore does not order or issue OPTIONAL textbooks or other supplies such as microphones, headphones, webcams, calculators, lab-coats, or art supplies.
• If the store is already closed, no more materials can be ordered, and the student will be responsible for their own materials.

We launched a new process. Many students last semester had mostly e-books or access codes that allowed remote ordering. Therefore we are now giving the option to see if you qualify to have your order placed remotely with the SDOC DE Bookstore instead of coming in-person. Questions? Call 407-870-8236.

• SDOC student ID badge or valid photo ID (i.e., Florida Driver's Permit or License)
• Any materials that need to be returned from your previous DE classes.
• Your MyVC username and password.
• The Microsoft Authenticator is set up on a personal device ready to be used in the bookstore.
