Our “Why” 

High school graduation is only the beginning of our students’ lives. The School District of Osceola County expects each student to graduate with a confirmed, post-secondary plan related to one of our 4Es: 

• Enrollment 
• Enlistment
• Employment 
• Exploration

Throughout the course of our student’s VPK-12 career, we facilitate lessons related to future planning, goal setting, and career exploration through Xello. We also coordinate immersive experiences available to our students at no out-of-pocket cost, including Junior Achievement Inspire, college- and career-related field trips, college fairs, career fairs, and more!

Planning Guides 

Every high school has a designated College & Career Counselor to help support and guide students toward their post-secondary plan. No matter which pathway a student chooses, we have support to help them achieve their goals.

These planning guides are a great place to start. Here are guides that take you from 6^th through 12^th grade meant to help students explore, narrow down, and work toward their post-secondary goals.
